Kim helped us purchase our dream cabin! She was extremely knowledgeable, quick to respond to any messages (email, text or phone calls). Kim was always willing to to explain the process, set expectations and offer educated advice! It was an incredible experience! We found the cabin on Tuesday evening, spoke with Kim's finance guru on Wednesday, were approved to purchase by Friday, made on offer on Saturday. And.... were under contract by Sunday! Kim and her team ROCK! THANK YOU KIM!
