The median price of homes sold is up 25 percent from a year ago. That is a huge increase. But the number of homes listed is down from a year ago and it is definitely contributing to the demand in the market.
The market is still a sellers market. It isn't as psycho as it was a few months ago with multiple offers $40-50k over asking. It is a lot healthier now, which is also more sustainable.
