The Federal Housing Finance Agency and the Federal Housing Administration have released new loan limits for 2021: Conventional Loans

  • Summit and Wasatch: $817,650

  • Box Elder, Weber, Morgan, Davis: $646,300

  • Salt Lake and Tooele: $600,300

  • All other counties in Utah: $548,250

FHA Loans

  • Summit and Wasatch: $817,650

  • Box Elder, Weber, Morgan, Davis: $646,300

  • Salt Lake and Tooele: $453,100

  • Utah and Juab: $439,300

  • Washington: $414,000

  • Rich: $374,900
